Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines in handling and storing meat
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher area.
- Receive and inspect meat deliveries for quality and freshness.
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate cuts of meat
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a butcher
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses
- Strong knife skills and ability to handle sharp tools safely
- Familiarity with food safety regulations .
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
