Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and a positive attitude.
Duties Include
- Washing, cleaning, and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Supporting the organisation of storage areas and stock rotation
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Putting away orders and rotating stock
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not essential
