Small Village Preschool | Term Time Only
We are a warm, community-based preschool at the heart of our village, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Room Leader to join our friendly team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurturing, confident practitioner who is ready to lead a small team and make a real difference in children’s early experiences.
About the Role
· Lead and inspire a small team of practitioners.
· Create a calm, engaging and stimulating learning environment.
· Plan and deliver high-quality learning in line with the EYFS.
· Monitor children’s progress and support next steps.
· Build strong partnerships with parents.
· Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice.
This is a term-time only position, offering a healthy work-life balance within a supportive and close-knit team.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
· Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or above).
· Has experience in early years and supporting others.
· Is warm, organised and reflective.
· Understands safeguarding responsibilities.
· Values being part of a village community.
