If you are experienced as a Registered Care Manager, Care Manager or Care professional, then Rigby's have a fantastic role for you!
We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to join a well performing branch in Widnes, providing homecare and companionship to clients across Cheshire.
The Brand is well known in the area, with good connections to the Local Authority. You will receive National Level support, a model that works, mentoring and a chance to grow your own team that will make a massive difference to people needing care in their own homes.
This is a Monday to Friday opportunity role, and once in post you will register with CQC, before helping manage an existing office team, care team and working closely with Head Office too.
Most importantly, this has to be a best possible person fit, so we are ultimately looking for someone hungry to grow both the branch and their own personal portfolio. A large amount of trust will be placed on the successful candidate, and in return you will be trusted to work hard to grow the branch with good support.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake management and registration of the branch
- Regularly Liaise with Branch Owner and your Area Manager.
- Adhere to CQC regulations at all times, ensuring client candidate data is processed fairly, accurately.
- Staff Appraisals/Disciplinaries and other associated work.
The role is office based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with occasional requirements for on call and additional hours (you will be rewarded these back!).

Experience Required:
- NVQ 5 Leadership and Management/Working Towards
- Experience as a Registered Manager/Care Manager/CQC Professional - Essential
- Driver with access to own vehicle- Essential
