Position: Maintenance Team member
Reporting to: Head of Maintenance
Location: Ugbrooke House, Chudleigh, Devon
Responsible for: NA
Contract: Permanent (40 hours per week).
Main purpose of the role: To work as part of a small team to ensure that the planned and preventative maintenance across the Estate, to include Ugbrooke House, Park, agricultural, residential portfolio and services is implemented.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out all corrective and preventive maintenance of Estate property, services, systems, fixtures and fittings as stipulated by the Head of Maintenance
- Ensure all work complies to required Health and Safety standards
- Communicate any property maintenance issues to the Head of Maintenance
- Work alongside external contractors as required
- Liaise with the Estate Manager and other teams to ensure all work being undertaken which affects other departments is communicated
- Provide a high level of service to tenants when carrying out planned maintenance to residential property.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as required
Knowledge and experience:
- Experienced in general building and property maintenance
- Ability to work to a schedule
- Experience and knowledge of working with tools, equipment, and machinery
- Understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Knowledge & interest in caring for historic buildings
- First Aid certificate
- Driving Licence.

Pay: £26,650.00 per year
