Who is Our Client?
Our client is a sales and marketing company based in London, representing national non profit brands through face-to-face customer acquisition across residential campaigns.
Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for individuals to join as Field Sales Associates. Client training is available from the start, alongside upskilling opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
No prior sales experience is required; our client value "people-focused" candidates from retail, hospitality (waiting staff/bar work), or customer service backgrounds.
- Availability: Full-time equivalent availability is required (Monday to Friday)
- Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and social approach.
- Professionalism: Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
- Commutable: Ability to travel to the London co-working space daily.

The Role at a Glance:
- Daily Briefings & Training: Invites to attend morning meetings at the London hub for upskilling sessions, goal setting, and ongoing development.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of major brands in residential environments.
- Customer Engagement & Sales: Speak with customers face-to-face, explain services clearly, and guide them through the full sign-up process.
- Territory Work: Follow daily plans within assigned areas to maximise customer interaction and ensure consistent brand coverage.
- Customer Experience & Reporting: Deliver high-quality customer interactions while tracking results and completing basic sales admin via a digital tablet.

Please note:
As a subcontracted Associate, you are responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions. Earnings are derived from a brand awareness fee (when applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.
Pay: £490.00-£650.00 per week
