Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect sporting goods or apparel to meet their needs
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and usage tips to enhance customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional items or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach
- Maintain organised merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to attract customer attention
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, card payments, and receipts with professionalism
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and courteously
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently without compromising service quality
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with phone etiquette expertise
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, pricing, and stock counts accurately
- Strong organisational skills to manage merchandise displays and stock replenishment efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
