We are a Social Enterprise dedicated to sourcing, roasting and brewing high quality single-origin coffee, supporting coffee-growing communities back in Colombia along the way. We will teach you everything we know about coffee so that you become a coffee master and work in a fantastic team!

We are looking to fill potentially 2x part-time/full-time BARISTA positions across our various branches, with potential to go up to full time and eventually could be considered for future SUPERVISOR roles. Our sites include
- Borough Market Stall - London Bridge/Borough.
- Flat Iron Square - in Borough/London Bridge.
- Soho Café - Greek Street, Soho.
- NEW Roastery - Shoreditch/Aldgate East
In addition, we also work at numerous festivals and events in the summer.

This role also comes with potential learning opportunities, including roasting and cupping, and an understanding in the international coffee trade and coffee production in Colombia.

The right candidate will:
- Have worked as a barista for at least one year.
- Ideally have worked in the specialty coffee sector.
- Pay exceptional attention to food and personal hygiene, as well as presentation of the cafe/stall <-- crucial & essential.
- Be familiar working in a fast-paced food or hospitality setting.
- Be an engaging personality keen to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
- Be exceptional at multitasking and working under pressure.
- Initiative to find jobs to do without necessarily being asked.
- Comfortable starting early in the day, working late at night or during busy weekends - weekend availability is imperative!
- Have a genuine ethical interest in the specialty coffee sector and our central vision: to support coffee-growing communities in Colombia.

- Head barista/supervisor/managerial experience is preferential, as we may need you to eventually move into a supervisor role.
- Comfortable with HACCP food safety procedures + have a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate.
- Experience in food preparation.
- Able to cycle to work.
- Category B drivers license.
