About the Role
Innovation is looking for reliable, hard-working warehouse staff to join our team in London N18. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in doing a job well, shows up on time every day, and can be counted on to get stuck in without needing to be chased. If you're strong, capable, dependable, and comfortable using basic computer systems, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries, including manual lifting and moving of stock
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised, and safe
- Using basic computer systems to log and track stock
- Working as part of a team to hit daily targets
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong, consistent work ethic
- Able to work independently and stay focused during busy periods
- Computer literate, comfortable using stock systems and basic software
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential, the right attitude matters most
- Are able to stay late or start early as and when required
