Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HGV 2 Alloy Body Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting aggregates and other materials to and from various job sites, while ensuring timely deliveries. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a market leader in the industry.
Duties
- Safely operate HGV 2 alloy body trucks to transport goods to designated locations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies during deliveries and collections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs for each trip
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding schedules or any issues encountered

Requirements for HGV Driver
- HGV 2 licence. (Essential)
- Valid CPC Card. (Essential)
- Valid Driver Card. (Essential)
- Minimum 1 year tipper experience would be desirable.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
- Ensure safe operation of vehicles adhering to company policies and procedures
