We're looking for a confident, organised and proactive Guest Services & Sales Ambassador to become the voice of Camel Creek.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and finding better ways of doing things. You'll take ownership of guest communications across multiple channels, support holiday and ticket sales, and help us create an outstanding experience for every guest.
We want someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of this area of the business, and help us modernise and simplify the way we work. As the role develops, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in sales campaigns, business development and driving new commercial opportunities across the park.
What You'll Be Doing
Guest Services
You'll become one of the main points of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the fun, friendly and welcoming experience we're known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing guest enquiries across email, telephone and social media channels
- Responding to guest comments, messages and day-to-day questions
- Assisting with holiday accommodation bookings and sales
- Supporting birthday party and private event enquiries
- Conducting pre-arrival communications with holiday guests
- Providing general administration support for ticketing and holiday sales
- Assisting with holiday check-ins and departures when required
Sales & Systems
Working closely with the wider team, you'll help ensure our sales systems remain accurate, efficient and guest-friendly.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring ticket products and pricing are live across all sales channels
- Updating ticket offers and products as required
- Maintaining accurate holiday accommodation tariffs and availability
- Supporting holiday and ticket sales administration
- Helping streamline guest communication processes
Modernising & Improving
We're always looking for ways to work smarter.
You'll help us:
- Introduce and develop CRM systems
- Bring multiple communication channels into one easy-to-manage platform
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and AI
- Develop processes that support future growth and improve the guest journey
Future Development
As you settle into the role, there will be opportunities to become involved in:
- Supporting marketing and sales campaigns

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is confident, friendly and approachable
- Can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is highly organised and detail-focused
- Has strong IT skills
- Is comfortable learning and using new technology
- Has an interest in AI and modern business tools
- Enjoys finding solutions and improving processes
- Brings enthusiasm, initiative and a positive attitude to work
Experience within tourism, hospitality, leisure, attractions or holiday parks would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Pay & Benefits
- Up to £13.41 per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-related bonus opportunities as the role develops
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Saturday availability preferred
