Production Manager / Supervisor, Days, £50k to £60k + benefits

We are working with a niche FMCG producer and exporter to appoint their new permanent Production Manager / Supervisor to join them in South Down, on a day’s basis and paying £50,000 to £60,000+ benefits.
Leading all aspects across production you will be;
· Manage daily production plans and schedules
· Oversee day-to-day plant operations
· Manage, lead and develop production staff
· Coordinate workflow across multiple products, ensuring output is delivered on time and to quality standards
· Maintain effective inventory levels, support quality control and continuous improvement, and work with wider teams to improve efficiency
What we are looking for…
· Experience supervising or managing within food production
· Strong leadership and people management skills
· Good understanding of quality control and continuous improvement practices
· Knowledge of HACCP standards
