Job Description: We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and passionate Weekend Chef to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a talented cook looking for a bit of extra work on the side.
This role focuses on executing our contract catering service: finalising a set batch of dishes, boxing them up for delivery, and maintaining high presentation standards. A small part of the shift will also involve light prep for the week ahead. You will also be trained on a selection of our simple desserts.
You will be expected to:
- Lead the weekend service, ensuring high-quality food delivery and presentation.
- Complete basic prep work for the week ahead
- Maintain excellent hygiene, food safety, and kitchen efficiency during a busy service.
Schedule & Location:
- Job Type: Part-time / Weekend contract.
- Hours: Weekends only (Saturday and Sunday). Shift times to be discussed, but with weekend availability being essential.
- Work Location: In person.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a professional kitchen (Preferred).
- Strong culinary skills and excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and plating presentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills during a fast-paced service.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licence/Certification: Work permit (Required).
