Scorpion Automotive is a leading British manufacturer of vehicle security and telematics systems, supplying dealers, manufacturers and customers worldwide. We're looking for a detail-focused Sales Operations Executive to join our team and take ownership of order processing and account administration for our existing customers and dealer network.
Working primarily in SAP, you'll be the engine room that keeps orders moving - taking orders by phone and email, processing them accurately, managing business partner accounts, handling invoicing and credits, and making sure our customers and dealers get a smooth, reliable service every time.
What you'll be doing
- Receiving and processing customer and dealer orders placed by phone and email
- Processing sales orders end to end for existing customers and the dealer network, primarily using SAP
- Managing and maintaining business partner accounts, keeping customer and dealer records accurate and up to date
- Raising invoices, including shipping and carriage charges, and resolving billing queries
- Processing credits, returns and account adjustments
- Handling order-related workflows across additional systems including Jira and WooCommerce
- Liaising with customers, dealers and internal teams (sales, warehouse, finance and logistics) to resolve queries and keep orders on track
- Monitoring order status and proactively flagging delays or issues
- Supporting general sales operations administration and helping to improve day-to-day processes
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in order processing, sales operations, sales administration or a similar back-office role
- Confident handling customer and dealer orders and queries by phone and email in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with numbers, invoicing and account data
- Confident using multiple systems
- Well organised, able to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Clear, professional communication skills for dealing with customers, dealers and colleagues
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a team-first approach
- Good IT knowledge
