Our Central Support Team Lead is responsible for:
Our Central Support Team Lead is responsible for managing staff in line with the OCG central strategy and will work with various members of the business to develop best strategy, streamlining of activities and set future direction to meet the Program Support needs of the business. While possessing the ability to work independently with people of multiple levels including internal teams, third party vendors and external clients to ensure service level agreements are met and client satisfaction levels are sustained. Specific activities include data entry, processing information, research and analysis and problem solving.
Your core tasks include:

Day to day management of your assigned team

Managing escalations and employee performance
-
Provide and set up training for new starters within the team and further coaching/training to aid the development of existing team members.

Support in the OCG central recruitment process.

Focus on growth strategy to support and improve process standards for the client.

Work with the HM and Suppliers to process and manage any work order updates and/or revisions, including all e-tool updates
-
Manage all on and off boarding activities for all new starters
-
Ensure Trackers are updated frequently and are chased following the appropriate time scales.

Work with Hiring Managers as required to discuss and create requisitions Handling electronic contracts in Fieldglass

Responding to ad hoc queries and administrative requests
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

Strong communication skills both verbally and written across all levels internally and externally

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Attention to detail

Analytical approach to identify root cause of issues

Ability to motivate a team

Team lead or supervisory experience is desirable

Project Management skills are desirable

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Word, and Excel)

Fieldglass or similar VMS experience is desirable but not required

Confidence in presenting to teams and stakeholders

Inquiry management (IM) system experience is desirable but not required
