Role: Seasonal Chef de Partie
Hours: 45 hours a week across breakfast & day shifts seasonally between June & September
Opening hours: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Salary: £13p/h plus EXCELLENT tips
Location: The Briny, Clarence Esplanade, Southsea
Who are we looking for?
A Chef de Partie with at least 2 years experience in a busy kitchen, working on both hot and cold sections.
Enthusiasm, energy and a keenness to embrace new ideas.
The role will run until the end of the summer
Main Responsibilities:
Producing menu items in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
Mentoring junior members of the kitchen team.
Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
