TEMPORARY ROLE TO COVER EXTENDED SICKNESS - ROLE AT LEAST UNTIL END OF DECEMBER 2026 - MAY BE EXTENDED.
You will need to be patient, caring, flexible and a car driver. You will be providing all daily support to our Gentlemen who lives in Shearsby, Leicestershire. You will be assisting him with personal care, preparing meals, cleaning, administering medications, driving him to social outings and appointments, using his own mobility car (automatic Vehicle) so being a driver is essential!
This role will include 24 hour shifts with sleep ins (paid £7.90per hour 10pm-7am), as part of your full-time hours. There will be 2-3 shifts per week, paid at £12.76 for staff without an NVQ or £12.91 for those with an NVQ. A 24 hour shift equates to around £260.
In return we can offer a full hourly pay including hourly paid sleep ins, full training, 5.6 weeks paid holiday per annum and a company pension scheme.
