Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our patrons. The ideal candidatestrong organisational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are paid, including internships, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables
- Prepare and mix beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments responsibly
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishing supplies as needed
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods using excellent time management skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Good understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Friendly, approachable demeanour with the ability to work well within a team
- Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and hospitality standards
