Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic pub culinary team. Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow during service hours
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance levels
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee stock rotation to minimise waste
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate service delivery and optimise guest satisfaction
- Develop new menu items in line with current trends and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment in accordance with safety standards

- Proven supervisory experience within a busy kitchen or pub environment
- Extensive food production and culinary expertise across diverse cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent food preparation and cooking skills, with attention to detail
