About Us
The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a Part Time Wraparound Care Leader (17.5 hours per week, term time only) to start in September/October 2026.
The Wraparound Care Leader will be responsible for planning and implementing the school's wraparound care provision. They will be responsible for ensuring the environment is safe, stimulating and inclusive for the children that attend. They will supervise a small team of wraparound care supervisors in delivering the provision and be the initial point of contact for parents/carers of the children that attend.

Salary: NJC 5 (£26,403 - £26,824 FTE)
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 2:45-6:15pm Term Time Only
Location: Felpham, Bognor Regis

What You Need to Succeed
- Experience of working in a childcare setting, ideally with primary aged children
- Understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
- Experience of leading or supervising a small team
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Experience carrying our administrative tasks
- Experience working within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan engaging activities
- Ability to use own initiative and take action accordingly
- Commitment to promoting the Christian ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcomes for all pupils
- Commitment to safeguarding and equality
- Good organisation and time management skills
