- Providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.
- Assisting with personal care while always promoting dignity and independence.
- Supporting residents with meals, hydration and daily routines.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and enjoy fulfilling days.
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional care.
- Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans.
