We've partnered exclusively with a highly regarded independent accountancy practice in Kennington, South London, that is growing and looking to bring a Tax Manager into the team.
Ideal for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and being hands on! Real ownership from day one, with a high-visibility role within the practice where you'll take responsibility for your own clients and have influence on the continued growth of the firm.
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses and private clients, with plenty of variety across tax compliance, planning and advisory work. It’s a role where you'll be close to your clients, close to the Partners and able to make a real impact - FAST!
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, where no two days or engagements are the same, bringing plenty of variety, complexity and opportunity to get stuck into interesting work.
- Provide a broad range of tax services, including compliance, planning and advisory work.
- Broaden your existing experience and gain further exposure across different areas of tax.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and become a trusted adviser.
- Work directly with experienced Partners who are approachable, commercially minded and invested in the development of their team.
- Advise clients on practical tax solutions that support their personal and business objectives.
- Review work, share knowledge and support the development of more junior members of the team.

About You:
- Experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
- You'll have broad tax experience across a range of areas and enjoy working with a varied client base. Whether your background is weighted towards personal tax, corporate tax, owner-managed businesses or general practice advisory, we're interested in speaking with professionals who enjoy variety and client interaction.
- You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent advice and is looking for a role where you can continue developing within a respected and growing practice.
