It's a very exciting time to join the business as we scale-up: we have ambitious plans to be a leader in luxury homeware. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our busy fulfilment operation during our peak trading period.
Based in our bright, contemporary warehouse, you will play a key role in ensuring our carefully curated luxury products are picked, packed and dispatched to the highest standards. Every order represents our commitment to quality and an exceptional customer experience.
Working within a friendly, supportive team, you will use our digital warehouse management and dispatch systems to process customer orders accurately and efficiently, while achieving daily performance and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick and pack luxury products carefully and accurately.
· Pre-pack products ready for dispatch, ensuring every order meets our high presentation and quality standards.
· Replenish stock locations to keep the warehouse running smoothly and support efficient order fulfilment.
· Use our digital warehouse and dispatch system to process customer orders.
· Carry out quality checks to ensure orders are complete, accurate and beautifully presented.
· Consistently achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining excellent quality.
· Support your teammates to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.
· Keep your work area clean, organised and safe, following health and safety procedures at all times.
About You
- You're reliable, enthusiastic and enjoy doing a great job.
- You care about quality and pay close attention to the little details.
- You're happy working in a busy environment and can meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- You're comfortable using digital systems and handheld devices, or keen to learn (full training will be provided).
- You enjoy working as part of a friendly team and are always willing to help out.
- Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience is an advantage, but it's not essential as we're happy to train the right person.
