Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our vibrant bar environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff, ensuring efficient service delivery
- delegate tasks, and provide training to new staff members
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
- Assist with the preparation of beverages items.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory control
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Enforce compliance with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service policies
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences, fostering teamwork and motivation among staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in Bars leadership role
- Supervising experience with team management responsibilities within a hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in drink production
- Previous experience working as leader in s bar operations is advantageous
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Sound understanding of hospitality principles, including customer service excellence and hospitality etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Relevant culinary or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential; a passion for the industry is crucial
