Innovators Guild is a curated London network for the people building what is next: deep-tech founders, senior engineers, researchers, investors and enterprise innovation leaders.
We create commercially meaningful access between ambitious companies and exceptional technical talent through carefully designed partnerships, private events, memberships and collaborations. This is not a generic community business. The work is high-trust, relationship-led and built around real outcomes.
We have already automated much of the early prospecting and outreach using AI. Now we are looking for a commercially sophisticated operator to turn qualified interest into high-quality partnerships.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the craft of closing: understanding what matters to a senior stakeholder, creating momentum without pressure, and moving a promising conversation towards a clear commercial outcome. You will not be expected to churn through cold calls or follow rigid sales scripts. You will be trusted to use judgement.
What you will do
- Own warm opportunities generated through our AI-supported outreach and existing network.
- Lead high-quality commercial conversations with founders, senior operators, innovation leaders and partnership teams.
- Qualify opportunities with rigour, identifying genuine fit rather than chasing vanity pipeline.
- Close sponsorships, strategic partnerships, memberships and event collaborations.
- Build credible, long-term relationships that improve the quality of the Guild's network.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and share insight that improves our positioning and AI workflows.
- Work directly with the founder in a fast-moving, low-politics environment with real autonomy.
What we are looking for
- A strong track record of closing B2B partnerships, sponsorships, enterprise sales or business-development deals.
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers, ideally within technology, innovation, venture, research or professional services.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate credibly in a room full of technical and commercial leaders.
- Sound commercial judgement: you know when to push, when to pause and when to walk away.
- A genuine interest in deep tech, AI, science, venture or the future of industry.
- Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and using them to improve pace and quality.
- High ownership, strong follow-through and no need for constant management.
- Based in, or able to spend regular time in, London.
What you get
- A role at the centre of a growing network of high-calibre technical and commercial people.
- Direct access to founders, investors, researchers and enterprise innovation teams.
- Real autonomy to shape the commercial engine, rather than simply execute a sales playbook.
- Competitive base salary plus meaningful performance-based upside.
- Part-time flexibility, remote-first working and regular London meetings.
- Clear scope to grow into a senior commercial or partnerships leadership role as the Guild expands.
If you are commercially sharp, credible with senior people and motivated by building relationships that lead to real outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
