Commercial Account Handler required to join a steadily growing traditional insurance broker due to impressive growth.
As Commercial Account Handler, you will work closely with the Director to assist with some of their long-standing clients. This will involve assisting with day-to-day tasks, including Mid-Term adjustments and processing of renewals. You will be tasked with providing a dedicated, high-standard of customer service to a portfolio of key clients. You will undertake a full review of client’s insurances prior to client renewal ensuring cover is adequate as well as checking all policy documents.
It’s important for this role, that you are able to build and maintain both client and insurer relationships. Commercial general insurance broking knowledge and experience is also essential. You will need to have a professional approach, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels. This firm are particularly keen to speak to candidates who are willing to go the extra mile to exceed client service levels.
