Job Title - East Sussex Tracking

Reports to: Area Manager
Job Purpose:
Located within the Youth Employability Service (YES East Sussex), this role will support the team as they work with young people that find it difficult to enter, or stay in, education, employment and/or training, by contacting and speaking to young people across the county (we call this tracking).
The post holder will provide support when required with the YES East Sussex tracking calls, ensuring our YES Tracking Requirement Schedule is followed as per the YES contract with ESCC. This includes tracking young people on YES caseload and those shared with us by ESCC that may have a lapsed situation, early leaver from FE college, Those missing a September Guarantee and others as required.
Main duties and responsibilities:

To carry out telephone, email, and whatsapp tracking as part of the contracted work for ESCC and record this work on the Liquid Logic database.

Ensure that all policies and procedures that relate to employment and health and safety are read and understood. Policies may be revised for time to time, so it is your duty to ensure you regularly review policies and procedures.

Due to the nature of work undertaken by CXK there is a requirement of all employees to work flexibly across the organisation to support teams and projects as required, including working out of hours and weekends where necessary.
All appointees will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check.
