Heat Release Operative (FTC) – Exciting Opportunity!
We are looking for a Heat Release Operative to join our production team on a Fixed-Term Contract, working a rotating days and noons shift pattern.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy production environment and support a key area of our production line.
As a Heat Release Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Applying heat release prints to ceramic flatware.

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established production processes.

Completing general labouring duties and manual handling, including heavy lifting.

Maintaining a high standard of quality and ensuring production targets are met.

Working safely and effectively as part of the wider production team.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that ware and prints match the dockets before proceeding to heat release and make sure all the dockets are scanned and filled in correctly

Follow Health & Safety guidelines

Remove any faults and record all loss
-
Establish effective working relationships with colleagues
