We are an independently owned and operated coffee shop in MediaCity. After being shortlisted for “Manchester’s Most Loved Coffee Shop” in 2025, we are now looking for a full-time barista to join our team. Part-time applicants will also be considered.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has speciality coffee experience
- Has experience creating latte art
- Is friendly and focused on providing excellent customer service
- Consistently prepares coffee to a high standard
- Has a professional approach to timekeeping and attendance
- Is available to work weekends
If you are great with customers, can pull an excellent shot, and can handle a queue while keeping your cool, you should definitely apply for a role at Mattina.

Although we provide ongoing training and development, this is not an entry-level barista role.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
