Role Vision
We are looking for a full time Beauty Stylist Supervisor to join our growing team in our London location. As a Beauty Stylist Supervisor, your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, a unique experience for Victoria Beckham Beauty clients; achieving sales goals, executing counter plans, and building clientele portfolios
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, executing counter strategies, and building strong client relationships.
You Will
- Assist in opening and closing activities
- Partner with management to provide coaching and mentorship to Beauty Stylists
- Provide exceptional customer service and experience to all clients
- Listen considerately to customer needs and create customized solutions that uphold the Victoria Beckham Beauty standards
- Achieve sales goals and specific KPIs while striving to overachieve all standards
- Partner with Counter Manager and Sales & Education to develop storytelling (especially around fragrance), artistry and service skills
- Build strong clientele by consistently communicating with clients, ensuring repeat business and replenishment
- Book appointments to welcome new clients and engage existing clients
- Support the Counter Manager in executing events; creating an exciting and inviting luxury environment
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate fashion
- Uphold Victoria Beckham Beauty image and counter hygiene standards
- Adhere to all VBB policies and best practices including Time & Attendance, Grooming, Meal & Rest Breaks, etc
- Develop and maintain productive, professional and continuous relationships with the store team, department and broader VB team
- Provide client feedback and recommendations to Counter Manager and broader VB team
- Support Counter Manager with proactive reporting, analysis, etc
You Have
- 2+yrs in makeup artistry & sales in luxury and/or beauty
- Makeup artistry certification preferred
- Passionate about the luxury beauty environment, artistry and selling/clienteling
- Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional service to clients
- Proven ability to productively achieve goals
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skills
- Collaborative and driven to succeed individually and as a team
- Self-reliant and driven - able to work in both a fast paced and slower environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.00 per hour
