We are looking for a permanent part time front of house member to join our friendly team at The Hind’s Head Hotel in Aldermaston.

Role responsibilities
- Delivering consistently good customer service
- Offering complete table service (training will be provided)
- Pouring drinks to the ’perfect serve’
- Acting professionally at all times
- Taking payments accurately
- Having a basic understanding of hotel policies
- Making and serving cocktails
- Serving on the bar
- Keeping the venue clean and tidy at all times
- Following health and safety guidelines
What do you need to apply?
- Looking to commit to a long term role
- Be happy to help in various departments. We are also looking to cross train into housekeeping, so when we are short in other departments, there are other team members that can jump in and help.
- Be a driver or able to rely on someone for transport as public transport is not possible
- Experience preferred however if you have a positive can do attitude and have good problem solving skills and initiative, we would be happy to hear from you
- Be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Be trustworthy and reliable. Regular lateness and absences will not be tolerated.
- The right to work in the UK
- Have initiative in order to keep yourself busy on shift even during less busy periods
- Be friendly and outgoing and happy to strike up a conversation with our customers
- To be flexible - hospitality is not always predictable so flexibility is very helpful, although we may be able to work with applicants that have specific shift requirements. Feel free to ask us!
