We specialise in creating exceptional luxury private events for our clients, and we’re now looking for a passionate CDP to join the team and help us deliver the high standards our guests have come to expect.
What you’ll Do:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the required recipes, specs & standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure an efficient and smooth service, particularly during busy periods
- Work efficiently to meet agreed preparation and service times
- Support the kitchen team in delivering consistently high-quality food service
- Maintain a clean and organised designated section at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and hygiene standards
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience working as a CDP
- Prior experience working in banqueting, events or large scale contract catering role (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
