Job Overview
We are looking for a driven, creative and dynamic Charity Shop Manager to lead in the day to day running of our new charity shop in Marlborough, maximising income, delivering excellent customer service and managing a team of volunteers. Promoting our work in the local community and local relationships will be key.
This role offers a permeant full time contract (after probationary period) with opportunity to be part time for the right candidate, making it ideal for someone looking for a challenging but rewarding, meaningful and exciting position in retail.

Salary: £26.5k pro rata
Contract: Full-time, flexible for the right candidate
Location: Marlborough

Previous retail experience is essential. Charity shop or volunteer supervision experience is desirable, but not a requirement. Full support and training will be provided.
