Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks
- Write and advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
- Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships
- Manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
- Support social media and marketing activities to promote vacancies and candidate availability
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development experience is advantageous
