We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Training Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of our busy training centre. This varied role combines administration, customer service, and operational coordination to ensure the successful delivery of training courses while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcoming customers and delegates to the training centre.
· Prepare and submit course paperwork to awarding organisations.
· Apply for new qualifications with awarding bodies.
· Identify and prepare applications for tenders.
· Book venues, accommodation and travel for trainers.
· Organise deliveries of training equipment, office supplies and stationery.
· Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
· Undertake any other reasonable duties to support the successful delivery of training.

The successful candidate will be friendly, adaptable, highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a professional, customer-focused approach.
Full Driving License
Experience in Microsoft 365 Workspaces ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint) – Essential
Experience working in administration, accounts receivable & customer-facing roles desirable but not essential.
Experience of the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
