Bi-Fold Rolfe Ltd were established in 1966 and we are the South of England's leading independent industrial door company, specialising in the repair, maintenance, installation, and manufacture of all types of industrial, commercial, automatic, and retail door systems.
SUMMARY OF ROLE
The company expects high standards of quality, workmanship, health and safety and environmental management and you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting its achievement. We are seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic, and experienced Project Manager with a can-do attitude and flexible approach.
YOUR PURPOSE
To ensure the successful delivery, management and completion of Quoted works and Service Contracts across your agreed geographical area/customer base and any ad hoc workflows you are responsible for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide technical support to on-site engineers.
· Escalate to your line manager any serious events or occurrences that need to be addressed urgently, and highlight key issues, trends or issues that could affect service delivery performance longer term if not addressed.
· Be accountable for your jobs supporting the Scheduler when pulled upon to deal with technical queries, resourcing, or general issues.
· Scope/survey large works, providing cost estimates in terms of time, materials, plant, programs of works, risk assessments, and method statements, compliant to CDM 2015.
· Book in labour with the Scheduler, order materials and record these using our job management system, keeping control of the cost of a job, and checking progress and quality through to invoicing.
· Treat customers with respect, demonstrating a courteous manner, escalating if an issue cannot be resolved.
· Reinforce the Health and Safety culture by ensuring company practices and policies are being followed and adhered to in the field, highlighting issues and trends as they occur.
· Comply with professional codes of practice and business policies, procedures, and guidelines.
· Sign off purchase invoices ensuring values and quantities are correct.
· Cover incoming calls when required.
· Ensure the sales inbox is covered daily.
Share responsibilities with other projects managers on incoming deliveries
EXPERIENCE
· Proven previous experience in the Industrial Door industry or from an electrical, mechanical background.
· Job Logic Management Software (Desirable)

Mon-Friday 07:30 -17:00 with a 30 minute lunch.
