We are based in Pinchbeck, Spalding but offer Nationwide Breakdown Service.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual that can work well both as part of a team and also using their own initiative. A friendly manner dealing with customers face to face. Experience advantageous but to the right candidate training can be given therefore a keen interest to learn.
Requirements of Our Tyre Fitters
- Experience advantageous although not essential; training can be given to the right person
- Full UK Driving Licence must be held
- Salary will be depending on experience (Bonus scheme based on individual performance and is in addition to salary offered)
Responsibilities of Our Tyre Fitters
- Carrying out inspections on tyres and performing fleet checks
- Replacing and repairing tyres where necessary which may involve being carried out at customer/business addresses or by the roadside and sometimes in adverse conditions
- Ensuring the workshop is maintained and well kept
- Tyre stocks to be checked and maintained
- Half days Saturday form part of the working week and once fully trained the successful applicant will be required to be on-call on a rotation basis
- Overtime available and in some cases required where there is need to meet working demands
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
