Job Overview:
Mr Cambray’s Curiosity Cocktail Bar is seeking a friendly, approachable, and hardworking Server (Waiter/Waitress) to join our front of house team. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone who is social, confident, and enjoys working in a lively evening environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable and available to work our busiest nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival
- Seat guests and ensure they are comfortable
- Take food and drink orders accurately at tables
- Serve drinks and light food where required
- Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Prepare and lay tables for bookings
- Assist in guiding customers to reserved tables and private events
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking and able to work efficiently under pressure
- Social and confident engaging with customers
- Must be available to work every Friday and Saturday night
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar service
