What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a smile and friendly professionalism
- Manage reservations, ensure smooth seating, and coordinate with the front-of-house team
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized attention
- Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
- Support the team in creating a seamless, enjoyable dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
