Female Support Worker Required - Cheltenham
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Support Workers to join a care package supporting a lady living in Cheltenham who would like to be supported to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. The client has multiple complex medical needs and is paraplegic but does not want this to define her.

About the Role
You will be supporting a female client in her own home and within the community. Due to the nature of the support required, we are seeking female staff only for this position.
Responsibilities may include:

Providing personal care.

Assisting with daily living activities.

Supporting health and wellbeing needs.

Accompanying the client to appointments and community activities.

Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.

Delivering safe, person-centred care in line with care plans and risk assessments.

Moving and assisting

Cooking meals
-
Companionship
Essential Requirements

Female applicants only.

Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.

Confident driver willing to drive as part of the role.

Experience supporting individuals with complex health needs is desirable.

Caring, patient, and reliable approach.

Excellent communication skills.
-
Right to work in the UK.
Shift Pattern
We are recruiting for staff able to work the following 12-hour shifts:

Days: 07:30 - 19:30

Nights: 19:30 - 07:30
Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
