Bell and Sons have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our office team on a full time, permanent basis. The family run business has been established for 30 years and is based in Whetstone, Leicester.
We are looking for someone either part time 27.5 hours per week or full time 37.5 hours per week
The role is to assist the office with admin duties which will include but not limited to:
- Answering the phone
- Putting new enquiries on the system (taking contact and address details)
- Taking card payments
- Collecting documents for customers
- Contacting new enquiries
- Following up quotations
- Compiling paperwork for corporate accounts
- Booking in removals onto our system
- Printing job sheets
- Liasing with customers and our operations department to co-ordinate their house move
- Raising invoices
- Other adhoc duties
The successful candidate must:
- Be willing to learn
- Polite/good customer service skills
- Work using own initiative and to be a team player
- Be confident using the phone
- Be able to work under pressure
Pay: £12.71-£13.21 per hour
