Registered Manager – Domiciliary Support Service

Approved Care and Support is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary support service in Wales.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, providing strong leadership and ensuring people receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care and support.
Working closely with the Responsible Individual and senior management team, you will ensure the service meets Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) requirements and operates in accordance with relevant Welsh legislation, our Statement of Purpose and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of the service.
- Maintain compliance with CIW requirements and relevant Welsh regulations.
- Work closely with the Responsible Individual on quality, governance and service improvement.
- Oversee care and support plans, risk assessments, medication and safeguarding.
- Lead, support and develop the staff team.
- Monitor quality through audits, reviews, observations and feedback.
- Manage complaints, incidents and safeguarding concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure required notifications are made.
- Build positive relationships with the people we support, families, professionals and commissioners.
- Promote a positive, accountable and person-centred culture.
Essential Requirements
- Must already be registered with Social Care Wales as a Manager.
- Previous management experience within a regulated domiciliary support service.
- Appropriate qualifications for registration as a Social Care Wales Manager.
- Good knowledge of CIW requirements and Welsh social care legislation.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance and person-centred practice.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
