Martin & Co (Plymouth) is a dynamic and ambitious estate agency. It is the largest independent lettings agent in Plymouth and is rapidly expanding. With a strong reputation for quality of service and integrity, Martin & Co is looking for a property manager to join the team and to become an integral part of pushing the business to the next level. Training will be provided for the role but it is vital that the right candidate has an understanding of the lettings business.
The owners of Martin & Co put a high value on the effectiveness of the team and the cultural ethos of the business, both outward facing towards customers, and internally amongst all team members. Key responsibilities will include:
- Move ins and outs
- Managing property maintenance issues
- Managing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing tenancy renewals
The successful candidate will: Have some experience in lettings
- Have great experience in administration
- Be able to effectively manage and prioritise workloads
- Be able to provide good customer service
- Be able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a full clean drivers licence
Hours: 9am - 6pm Mon to Fri
Salary/package: Dependent on experience.
