About the Role
As an Apprentice/Trainee Dental Nurse, you will receive full support and training while working towards your qualification. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting dentists and clinicians during patient treatments.
- Preparing treatment rooms and dental instruments.
- Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and cross-contamination control.
- Welcoming and caring for patients, helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
- Managing appointments and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
- Learning all aspects of dental nursing under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Reception duties, booking patients in, taking payments
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is organised and has a positive attitude.
- Is committed to delivering excellent patient care.
- Meets the eligibility requirements for a dental nurse apprenticeship (where applicable).
No previous dental experience is required; we're looking for the right attitude and a genuine interest in building a career in dentistry.
