Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces regularly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and vacuums safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move around for extended periods throughout the day.
