Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide specialised nursing care within a workplace environment, ensuring the health and wellbeing of employees. Duties
- Conduct health assessments and provide first aid treatment to employees as needed
- Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Monitor employee health status and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with legal requirements
- Offer health education programmes focused on injury prevention, wellness, and lifestyle management
- Lead health and safety initiatives, including risk assessments and emergency response procedures
- Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to promote health awareness and ensure understanding of health policies
- Manage time efficiently to coordinate multiple responsibilities across different departments
- Provide leadership during health crises or emergencies, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration in the UK
- Proven experience in occupational or workplace nursing is highly desirable
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide staff on health matters
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with employees and management
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
- Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations

Pay: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
