We are working with a large national facilities management contractor with an excellent reputation, stable long-term contracts and a strong focus on looking after their engineers.
They are looking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer based around Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon or the wider South West, working across a mobile retail portfolio.
This is an integral systems role, working predominantly on commercial refrigeration equipment, with some work on associated air conditioning units.
The Role
· Service, maintain and repair integral refrigeration systems.
· Carry out reactive maintenance and planned servicing.
· Fault-find and diagnose issues across refrigeration equipment.
· Work on some associated air conditioning units where required.
· Cover retail and supermarket sites across the South West.
· Provide a professional service when attending customer sites.
The Person
· Experienced working on commercial refrigeration systems.
· Ideally experienced with integral refrigeration systems.
· Comfortable carrying out fault-finding, servicing and repairs.
· Experience with some AC equipment would be beneficial.
· Relevant refrigeration qualification / NVQ.
· Current F-Gas qualification.
· Hydrocarbon experience or qualification would be beneficial.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Based within or around Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon or the wider South West.
Package
· £43,179 including callout allowance.
· Company vehicle.
· Travel paid door to door.
· Monday to Friday.
· Callout rota – 1 week in 4.
· 33 days annual leave.
