Grantham and District Mencap are looking for individuals with a caring, hardworking enthusiastic and committed approach to care. We are looking to fill the following post
25 hours per week flexi. Please note that hours worked per week may vary but will always equate to 80 hrs each 4 weekly pay cycle. This is a fixed term post of 6 months with potential to extend.
The hours for this post will vary between 08:45-17:00 Mon - Fri at our Day Centre The Cree which provides services for adults with a learning disability.
The ladies and gentlemen you will be supporting all have learning disabilities and some also have physical and/or emotional disabilities. You will be supporting members to meet there care and support outcomes by assisting with activities both at the centre and in the community. Assisting members with personal care needs, eating and drinking and medication.

Hourly rate of pay is £12.71.

Qualifications and Skills
- Care Certificate - Desirable
- Experience of PEG - Desirable
- Experience working in the social care sector - Essential
