Duties
- Clean windows on both interior and exterior surfaces using traditional tools and cleaning solutions
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs or shortages promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning operations
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and departure for each assignment
Skills
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and clients
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or scaffolding
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn new techniques and operate cleaning equipment responsibly
