Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth guest flow and timely service delivery
- Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions or makeup application to elevate the guest experience
Skills
- Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and client records effectively
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and build lasting relationships
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Skilled in eyelash extensions, makeup application, deep tissue massage, barbering or other complementary beauty treatments (nice-to-have)
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality-minded approach ensuring guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied
